I'm beginning to believe Erdo has painted himself into an ever shrinking corner, both domestically and over the Syrian border. His anti-Assad policy clashes with Damascus and Moscow are increasing. He has placed Turkish troops and armor into Idlib province Syria, but he has no defenses to protect these land forces from Russian jets. So he asks the US/NATO for Patriot missile batteries. The odds of this happening are slim to none due to Erdo buying Russian weapon systems. Now 1 million Syrian Idlib refugees are heading for the Turkey border. This would be on top of the 3+ million already in Turkey. Turks have about had enough of this. They want out of the war and the Syrian refugees gone. But how do you forceably remove 4 million people? Erdo controls the land forces, but has a tenuous hold on the Turkish air force (which is why he purchased the Russian S-400 anti-air systems). Will Trump lend Erdo US Patriot batteries to shoot down Russian jets? I don't think even Trump is that brain dead. If things keep going as they are, it's a good possibility that a coup will be visiting Ankara. A real coup this time. Moscow would love a destabilized Turkey/eastern NATO flank.

Trump handed Erdogan the paint brush...and then walked away.
Trump only walked a few paces....................
Donald Trump'''s longtime business connections in Turkey back in the spotlight
Irrelevant.
He walked far enough to be separated from what's going on in the OP.

He is trying to save his decreasing political popularity and power but doesn't realize that all politicians go thourhgh this like Obama and the Democrat-republican 8 year switch
Erdogan is discovering that walking on both sides of the street is too delicate a dance for his clumsy feet.
I agree with you for once
It's about time you wised up
on no it is not that
Yes. It is very much that.
I am happy YOU wised up and took my stance on erdogan
You have no stance on Erdogan other than the Kremlin stance. The Kremlin tells you how to think.
The Media tells YOU how to think, it's why you always source these corrupt left of center sources
That's pretty lame, even for you. Especially when we rarely get the opportunity to see you cite sources.
I cite soruces my guy
Not at Debate Politics.
Show me your citation in this thread then.
where is YOUR citation
I probably have over 5,000 threads published here at DP. Plenty of citations.
Where are any of yours?
look at my posts
I have. Relatively speaking ... Zero. Zilch. Nul'. Bupkis.
