First up.

Jerry Go-nadler, Leftist-NY, incoming chairman of House Judiciary Committee, will be the first kooker in congress to launch an endless investigation on DJT. Another obvious ****show from the left. Some say another investigation is up and coming into whether or not DJT drank a diet coke. We'll see. Thanks to leftist for wasting tax payer's money on this crap.

My question for conservatives/GOP'ers/other non-leftist, what do you think of all these investigations that will surely be just around the corner?

Republicans were kind enough to furnish Democrats with a list of possible investigations they could start:

  • President Trump’s tax returns
  • Trump family businesses — and whether they comply with the Constitution's emoluments clause, including the Chinese trademark grant to the Trump Organization
  • Trump's dealings with Russia, including the president's preparation for his meeting with Vladimir Putin
  • The payment to Stephanie Clifford — a.k.a. Stormy Daniels
  • James Comey's firing
  • Trump's firing of U.S. attorneys
  • Trump's proposed transgender ban for the military
  • Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin's business dealings
  • White House staff's personal email use
  • Cabinet secretary travel, office expenses, and other misused perks
  • Discussion of classified information at Mar-a-Lago
  • Jared Kushner's ethics law compliance
  • Dismissal of members of the EPA board of scientific counselors
  • The travel ban
  • Family separation policy
  • Hurricane response in Puerto Rico
  • Election security and hacking attempts
  • White House security clearances

Add to that an investigation into the President's decision to assign Whitaker to the AG and the White House's directives to the FBI while they were doing the second background check into Kavanaugh.

Checks and balances are a bitch.

Bahahaha ... Republicans were still investigating Hillary and Obama the last I checked.

They didn't care about wasting taxpayer money ...

And oh yeah, Mueller's investigation has more than paid for itself with penalties levied on one of Trump's criminal cronies. Plenty left over for a little Constitutional oversight of a president who desperately needs oversight

The Clintons were investigated for the entire time Clinton was in office. Benghazi went of for years at taxpayer expense with no one being found guilty of anything the only purpose was to hurt HRC's chances in the general.

Sucks when it happens to you, huh? The only difference is - trump and his unmerry band fo criminals are crooks.

I'll be happy for them to waste the next 2 years embarrassing themselves. It'll make 2020 even more fun.

Hmmm...

1. President Trump’s tax returns. NON-ISSUE except among conspiracy theorists on the Left. His Tax returns are reviewed by the IRS. Citizens have no "need to know" any more then we do of each other's.
Trump family businesses — and whether they comply with the Constitution's emoluments clause, including the Chinese trademark grant to the Trump Organization. FAKE ISSUE. No past President has even been required to give up his businesses. In fact most early Presidents kept their businesses going while in office. If any of Trump's businesses already had active business agreement's with foreign companies/governments, then the Left would have to PROVE subsequent advantages solely due to Trump holding office.

2. Trump's dealings with Russia, including the president's preparation for his meeting with Vladimir Putin. FAKE ISSUE. Tied to the ridiculous "Russian collusion" narrative spun by the childish members of the Left who refuse to accept the results of an election they expected to win.

3. The payment to Stephanie Clifford — a.k.a. Stormy Daniels. MINOR ISSUE if an issue at all. The Left is trying to push a non-disclosure agreement, the latest in a long history for Trump, as some sort of campaign finance violation. At best this will be dismissed. At worst, a relatively small fine.

4. James Comey's firing. FAKE ISSUE. The President had both the authority and the right to discharge Comey. The Left want's to play this as some kind of obstruction. However, Comey's own history shows Trump was right to get rid of him.

5. Trump's firing of U.S. attorneys. NON-ISSUE. The President has the power and authority to hire and fire Federal Executive Branch appointees at-will.

6. Trump's proposed transgender ban for the military. SJW Appeal to Emotion issue. The President is the Commander-in-Chief and per Title 32 CFR can determine with the advice of the Joint Chiefs of Staff military regulations for qualification.

7. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin's business dealings. ISSUE. Secretary Mnuchin should be investigated.

8. White House staff's personal email use. (Can't Address, I have no knowledge of this.)

9, 10, 11. Cabinet secretary travel, office expenses, and other misused perks. NON-ISSUE. The I.G., G.A.O., and OMB can investigate any such issues.

12. Discussion of classified information at Mar-a-Lago. NON-ISSUE. The President being the final arbiter of what is secret or not may choose to discuss whatever he wishes with whomever he wishes.

13. Dismissal of members of the EPA board of scientific counselors; [*] The travel ban, [*] Family separation policy. NON-ISSUES. All three perfectly within the President's authority

14. Jared Kushner's ethics law compliance. (Can't Address, I have no knowledge of this.)

15. Hurricane response in Puerto Rico. FAKE ISSUE. The President and the appropriate agencies did what they were supposed to do.

16. Election security and hacking attempts. NON-ISSUE. Nothing to do with Trump.

17. White House security clearances. NON-ISSUE. Completely within the authority of the President and his designated staff representatives.

Seems like a huge waste of time and money when the goddamned leftist could be doing something that benefits the country instead of their own selfishness.

If that's going to be the theme of your total response then I can stop reading there. I'll wait for Democrat-controlled investigations to determine whether or not something is a non-issue.

You elected an inherently corrupt human being who was then given immunity by Congress to do whatever he wanted to do for two years. You can bet there's going to be **** to investigate.

More breathtaking irony.

If you're worried about what Democrats might do with House investigations, then you must have awaken with night sweats over what Republicans have been doing.

Republicans wear the “endless investigations” crown with endless/empty Whitewater and endless/empty Benghazi. You can sense the nervousness over what is coming, and it’s not over the endless part.
