Trump is not getting 1,100 miles of whatever he wants to call it. Once the administration does make a proposal of some sort, an actual proposal instead of whining from the Rose Garden, the Congress will review it and decide how much money to give for whatever aspects of it they want to fund. There will surely be more physical barrier in it and it will surely be more Bollard Fencing or something akin to it. There won't be 1,100 new miles of anything for physical barrier.
