I think you need to not only consider your rather narrow definition and also take into account what some are doing, misapplying that definition in justification of something which is clearly 'not OK'.

I don't care about Twitter.. I'm not on it, I never will be..

But I find what's going on with Musk fascinating..

For a genius, he really looked bad in this Twitter deal.. He paid twice what it's worth.. Bought it 'as is', then tried to get out of the deal.. Lost 1/2 his wealth.. He's still worth $100 bil, so that's fine..

But damn, for a 'genius' he's looked bad this year... Twitter has definitely knocked him down a peg or 2..
