Nahhh, no election interference here. Let the leftwing hypocrisy, lying and deflection begin...

Fox "News" says something about Elon Musk saying something about Twitter saying something about the New York post saying something about Hunter Biden's laptop?

Folks, this is what Telephone Game looks like.

Oh that is the very definition of election interference, don't you know!

I mean, we all know the world makes its decisions on who to vote for based on what Twitter says about what the Post says about Hunter Biden's laptop!

Something tells me American will be crying on his deathbed about Trump's loss to Biden.

If Hunter is indicted, the media's collusion to suppress evidence should be considered a conspiracy.

People go to prison every day for covering up the crimes of friends, partners, and associates.

And others will be crying over Hunters indictment and Joe's involvement.

So you want to jail the press for not covering a story as you like?

So when a couple wants a cake and the cake chef has pet peeve against them, it's fine for them to arbitrarily deny service.

But when a private corporate posts and enforces their own rules in a (debatably) arbitrary manner, that's a big problem?

Is it a big guy/little guy thing, or do people honestly not see that it's Twitter's platform to do with as they please within the law, and they have no legal obligation to cater to their wishes?

Most media bias is accomplished by simple omission, this is just one example of it.

If a person or persons cover up a crime they should be prosecuted, no?

What they do for a living is irrelevant.

You assumed that the media is "covering up" Hunter Biden's alleged crimes. You're using your HBDS as an excuse to parrot your hatred of the free press.

LOL So all the lies the Trump campaign told about the Russians was a conspiracy too? Good you are coming around. But in the case of the media you need to prove that they knew they were suppressing evidence of a crime. That is a very high bar especially since the FBI told them that anything coming from Rudy is "suspect".

Mueller concluded that Russia interfered in the 2016 election in “sweeping and systematic fashion.” The report documents Trump’s efforts to end or curtail the investigation, his refusal to be interviewed and written answers that Mueller found “inadequate.” The report also notes that members of the campaign lied, refused to answer questions, deleted communications and used encrypted applications. Obstruction is a crime precisely because those who engage in it seek to keep investigators from arriving at the truth. As Mueller wrote in Volume I, pertaining to conspiracy with Russia, “given these identified gaps, the Office cannot rule out the possibility that the unavailable information would shed additional light on (or cast in a new light) the events described in the report.” Efforts to obstruct the investigation may have shielded not only the conduct of members of Trump’s campaign, but also active measures by Russia to interfere with our election.

Your entire reply is deflection and whataboutism.

If the press knowingly covered up criminal evidence there should be accountability.

As usual you jump to the most extreme conclusions based on your imagination.

Can you tell us all about the crime? Cite the code of the law broken and all that? And then tell us why Trump's DOJ didn't charge anyone with a crime?

Are you wanting to claim that news outlets are exempt from prosecution for covering up a crime?

Maybe you can tell us what crimes they are free to cover up. Is it just some crimes or all crimes in general?

How was a news outlet covering up a crime when the Feds had the laptop?
The news outlet didn't destroy the laptop. They didn't shuttle the alleged criminal out of the country. They didn't stop the government from investigating. They didn't lie to the Feds under oath.

In what way is not spreading a story on a social media site covering up a crime?

But they DID spread a story. The story was: 'Nothing to See Here - This is Russian disinformation'

A: Fox News flat out campaigned for Trump in 2016 and 2020...but...but...but...Twitter is bias??... Lol...

B: Musk is erratic as hell.. When him buying Twitter blows up in the Trumpsters faces, I got to remember all these threads where Trumpsters think Musk is their savior... Lol

The media will fall behind freedom of the press, protecting its sources and having autonomy over what stories it decides are newsworthy and which aren't same as the industry always has. And clearly the vast majority within the media industry has decided that Hunter Biden's laptop isn't as big a story as some are attempting to make it out to be.

Think of it like this...

Which was the bigger news story: A) Hillary Clinton having a secret email server in her basement; or, B) Hillary Clinton passed classified information via her private emails?

No one cares about the source once the bigger fish became "Classified information discovered among Hillary's emails; did she allow classified information to slip into enemy hands" (...hypothetically speaking, of course, because the latter was never proven to have happened, but I think you get the point). The same could be said about White Water before the media turned its attention to the Bill Clinton/Monika Lewinski Affair and that dress!

No one will care about Hunter Biden's laptop IF he's found to have committed tax fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, wire fraud, etc., because the criminality will become the big fish. But like Hillary's email server, the laptop gives political pundits/Republicans something to sink their teeth into until the bigger story comes along.

(Sidenote: Frankly, I'm of the opinion if the legal beagles haven't found anything in the last 1.5 yrs - decade to hang around Hunter's neck, they aren't going to. And yes, that's pretty much the same way I feel about the SDNY investigation into Trump's perceived tax scandal. Until a criminal charge is levied....🤷‍♂️.)

Which was their opinion and in no way prevented or covered up a criminal act from being investigated.

If one writes a story that says I don't see any evidence that shows that A, B, or C happened but the police investigate and do find evidence that A,B, or C happened a story did not cover up anything nor did it prevent an investigation in the facts.
