When you drop off your mail in ballot at a polling center, you show ID and you sign.

It takes a lot of time to verify signatures.

About 75 percent of Arizona voters cast ballots by mail, but those ballots have to go through the laborious signature confirmation process, and only then can be opened and tabulated. If county recorders have issues verifying signatures they are allowed to ask voters to verify their identity.

It is never problematic when all the votes are counted. We check the signatures, we require ID. If there is an issue with the signatures on the early voters they call the voter to confirm that they voted. They have overseeers from both parties observing, and it is all broadcast live on a webcam.

They are finding tens of thousands of new votes but are not allowing any observers outside their tight democrat group to observe what they are doing to insure they are not breaking more laws in the illegally secretive process.

All other counties except for one or two more democrat controlled counties already turned in their vote tallies on time as required by law.
