Mis-translated bilingual road sign
The English is clear enough to lorry drivers - but the Welsh reads "I am not in the office at the moment. Send any work to be translated.") However this is painted in the Welsh language.

I had no idea that Welsh, as a language, was still in common use.

I also didn't realize it was so dramatically different from English.

The Welsh Language has different roots than does the English language.

I am sure if you cared to research it you might be surprised at the differences.
