Dutch trial opens for 4 suspects in downing of flight MH17

A Dutch prosecutor has solemnly read out the names of all 298 people killed when a missile shot down Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 in 2014 over eastern Ukraine


The three trial judges and two alternate judges.


Since Russia refuses to extradite the accused, they will be tried in absentia. I expect more members of Russia's 53rd Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade to be charged as the trial proceeds.

I also expect compensation lawsuits to be lodged at the Hague if guilty verdicts are rendered.

The prosecutor from the Netherlands said that in the case of MH17 there is evidence of an anonymous M58 witness . A witness saw russian soldiers in the area of the crash. He recognized them by their russian accents (!).
And the witness 007 told me, that he saw a dutch prosecutor, with a dutch accent there. He even took picture of them:

Dozens of witnesses in the case of the crash of the Boeing MH-17 will remain anonymous, as " they are at serious risk," said Dutch prosecutor Wardes Ferdinandusse.
What a familiar song... Anonymous witnesses and secret evidence are the basis of western "justice".
In 2014, Western countries identified the "culprit" without any courts, and then imposed sanctions allegedly as punishment. Now, in 2020, a "trial" is being held .
What for? To legitimize the lawlessness that was created earlier?

Let me remind you that when another court in the same Hague opened an investigation into American crimes in Afghanistan, the same Pompeo called it "an illegal so called court".

A witness has testified that he had joined the separatists (he is Russian) and was on guarding the place from where the BUK was fired off, he has testified in front of the investigating judge.

A lot of witnesses afraid to testify because of that evil murderous regime in Russia.

Have you ever thought about why and who conducted the route of this aircraft over the territory where there was a war, where ukrainian planes bombing cities with missiles? Not enough brain cells for this? And why, a minute later, after the news of the downed plane, ALL the so-called representatives of the "free western press" exploded with the headlines: "Putin shot down the plane!"?

What everybody does know is that Russia does not want the murderers of the Dutch families to be prosecuted and only one explanation can account for this, namely, that it was not rogues who were responsible but those under Russian government orders.

Great, someone supporting kangaroo courts in Russia whines about an actual court that lives up to the rule of law :lamo

That Russia is a country where the courts are a joke is not my problem. This court is more reputable than just about any court, sorry, all the Putin courts together. We do not do political trials, that is Russia's thing.

This is a court of law, you might want to try it from time to time because clearly the judicial prowess of Russia is seriously infested with working towards the goal of keeping Putin in power.

The BUK came from Russia, no ifs about it at all.

"The evidence is classified, the Russian testimony is ignored, the results of experiments are not taken into account, the witnesses are anonymous, but we certainly call the process of the MH17 disaster as open, so that people think that everything is fair!"- explained the dutch prosecutor.
The prosecutor in the MH17 case is extremely dissatisfied with the fact that Russia "hindered the investigation " by refusing to admit to a deliberately delusional version, and forcing dutch investigators to build all the charges on the basis of audio, video and photo materials that have obvious signs of forgery.

Where is the Facts? If I create a website where I can tell, that you have strange sexual preferences, even with photos (modern computer technology allows this). People will visit this site and talk about your sexual characteristics as a fact. I don't see the difference between this and your kangaroo court investigations
