A dual Russian-American citizen has been charged with acting as a spy in the US, according to court filings that say she ran organizations that "sought to spread Russian propaganda."
Elena Branson was charged Tuesday with acting and conspiring to act in the US illegally as an agent of the Russian government, willfully failing to register under the Foreign Agents Registration Act, conspiring to commit visa fraud and making false statements to the FBI, according to a criminal complaint.

So, when will they go after Fox and GOP for spreading Russian propaganda?

And republicans pretend they are patriots and not only to they do Russia's bidding in spreading propaganda and lies, they also do ISIS's bidding in their terrorist activities

Fox/Republicans want power, they have demonstrated they will use whatever means necessary...illegal...traitorous...lies and deception, to get it.
There is no bottom to this...it could very well lead to a collapse of the United States down the line. When they can convince 50% of the voting public that black is white, anything goes.

So have they been convicted in a court of law or just in your mind? Those of us that support the Constitution want to know.

Why do people always insist on waving around these moronic standards (that they invariably fail to apply to themselves)?

This is a political discussion board. We do not need to wait until some other people on a jury convict someone of something on proof beyond a reasonable doubt before we talk about that thing they did right out there in the open.

In fact, the only time we need to be worried about whether someone has been "convicted in a court of law" is if we are the government and we are trying to deprive them of life, liberty, or property. But we're not and we're not. We're posters on a political debate board.

I would have hoped that as citizens allegedly interested in U.S. politics, we'd also know enough about the constitution to realize how utterly ridiculous that objection would be and therefore no one would make it.

the constitutional protects against foreign spies?

Because the forums are full of trolls, and so many people are lazy, they have no facts, no logic, no reasoning, and for some pathetic reason they just go around the internet making moronic one liners
