I am failing to understand the point here, other than the "see what sticks" methodology.

1. Historically, front porch campaigning has been very effective.
2. Biden has about 222 electoral college votes locked up, vs. 125 for Trump.
3. Biden is leading in 9 out of the 12 swing states. The only swing states Trump is leading in is Georgia and Texas. It's currently tied in Iowa.
4. Who cares if Biden is on drugs. He's old. Old people typically take drugs.

That at the last minute Biden would cop out of the debate.
That would use the excuse someone on his team came down positive
for the virus.Therefore out of an abundance of caution thinks it's best
to not do the debate.Knowing that the Virus may take days to

and not show it.

You seem to be diving into a different subject matter here. 2020 is different than 2016. The Democrats are no longer the incumbent party and Biden dominated in the Democratic party. Apart from those variables, Texas is a swing state. Texas has never been a swing state until this election cycle. Biden doesn't have the baggage and poor approval ratings as Clinton.

Trump ran a substantive campaign in 2016. Now, he's running on rhetoric and hasn't really laid out any agenda. He's ran on the standard bearer of "Dems are Socialists and want to raise your taxes" and focusing on Biden's age. So again, I don't really see how bringing up Clinton is a substantive point. Comes across to me as a logic fallacy.

Have a staff of fact checkers immediately verify the lie and then have the moderator give that proof and warn Trump he is out after 3 blatant lies.
