In so far as being the first among equals yes (what they really have is a plurality not a majority) SNP loses overall majority in Scottish Parliament | UK Politics | News | The Independent but you are right in so far as combined with the Greens there is a pro independance majority.

I don't know how Labour control over London would affect Cameron's plans for Devo-Max.

I expect SNP will continue to have strong showings in Scotland, but meanwhile Pro-British voters would vote Tory, leaving Labour high-and-dry since it won't abandon ties with SNP.
