Don't You Just Love the French

hes not only my leader but yours as well.

LOL, Bottom Boy Trump is definitely not my leader.

you can vote for someone else in 2024 after his 8 years are up

Are you kidding? Compared to you and the USA, I have more freedom, better education, better healthcare, less violence, less hatred, less racism, better media, longer life, and on and on. Why would I give up so much to become an American citizen?

Apparently you have more homophobia where you live.

France wasn't ready for La Penn. Next time, I won't be surprised if they are. Europe sees Trump putting America first and they start wondering why their globalist leaders don't put them first.

They see Le Pen as a scary monster nazi protest vote. There's always a run off and then she loses.

did the French say something bad about Benito McCheeto? if so, i support them.

:rofl The "allies" pave the way, and DeGaulle claims the credit. Next you can tell us how the French won the Battle of Britain. Pass the Vichy water. :spin::rofl

theres nothin to prove. hes your leader and he represents you.

Not me, follower.

I don't have leaders except situationally and temporarily.

But I understand you have the need to follow someone.

Don't feel bad, most people do.

he is your leader whether you like it or not :)

Actually not if the poster is a US Citizen. The President "leads" the Administration which works for us. He is a Public Servant living rent free in public housing. Staggering how screwed up people have gotten in their perceptions of the Presidency since the self anointed King Donald the 1st has been around.

What are you babbling about? My country is much less religious, thus much less racism and homophobia. For example, we didn't elect a blatant racist like Trump to lead our country.

Trump Has A Long And Well-Documented History Of Racist Behavior

Trump: No vacancies for Blacks

Ryan: Trump's comments 'textbook definition' of racism

Oh, well then perhaps you should rethink homophobic jokes which use gay sex as a punchline. Perhaps "your country" devalues the LGBT community and such bigotry and callousness is normal.

From a UK perspective

No, I'm not being sarcastic. In the UK the man in the street puts up with almost anything, although liberals are a little more stubborn. Many men now have to wait another two years to retire, and women seven years. Austerity cuts (albeit many needed) have affected lives. Due to uncontrolled immigration housing has become a crazy issue, the NHS is at an almost stand still, and the list goes on and on. If the fishermen in France get a bad deal they go on strike, if the lorry drivers get a bad deal they block roads, and if fuel taxes rise they burn down the city. OK, some of this may be a bit exaggerated, and parts technically inaccurate, but you get my point. We sit back while the government sh!2 on us, while the French are prepared to do something about it.

That said, what the hell were they thinking at the last general election. They had the option to elect Le Pen, a woman who would have rewarded the hard working, controlled immigration, and would have taken France out of the EU, which effectively would have seen the back of what is no more than a European Soviet Union. Despite all the problems the country was having, including Islamic terrorism, they elected a leader who is the epitome of everything liberal, socialist, and green. In short, a perfect recipe for complete disaster. Already his policies have now started to bring the country down. High fuel taxation in order he can spend a few more euros on green issues, and no doubt fund the building of a some more mosques. I hate to say it, but he is a bit like a young Corbyn.

So, in such a short time the French have proven themselves to admirably be rebeliant, but at the same time quite naive.

The French have a long standing tradition of mobs rioting, barricading streets, etc. It's in their culture. I worked for a French company for 15 years & know them fairly well. They have Latin blood.

Perhaps you come from a very homophobic community, and thus think accurate depictions of Trump are bad. Trump is definitely a Bottom Boy in his relationship with Putin, Kim Jong Un, Macron, the Saudi prince, it describes the situation perfectly, so why would I not use it? There is nothing derogatory to the LGBT community, look it up.

Which is how many follower types feel about their chosen superior.

I'm just glad I don't need someone to look up to to feel right about life.

It must suck to be so weak and needy.
