the 1st and 2nd biggest economic expansion in this century happened under trickle down economics (Kennedy and Reagan) tell me one time in American history where socialist programs got us out of a recession

I really don't bother with hating most politicians. I have "personal" issues with Helms and Reid. Most of the rest I view more with dismay, rather than hatred. Today, I'm "hating" Cruz more for entertainment rather than any kind of genuine emotion.

Obama has been mostly a disappointment to me. Not entirely, but I wish now that somebody else was President:) But he is the President and I really hope he gets better at his job and makes wiser choices. What he does affects me and mine so I do my best to manipulate him telepathically but so far the White House AI has blocked me at every turn.

All Trickle Down and Voodoo Economics did for anybody was tax cuts for the wealthy, more debt and economic loss for what used to be the middle class of America. The rich are in a bubble and really believe they owe nothing to the nation and even though their taxes are the lowest they've been since Reagan days they still scream for more cuts. Like I've said....they won't be happy till they have or control all the money and are the top part of a Lord/Serf society.

Our middle class was the result of a progressive tax system and today there is no such thing. Romney's effective tax rate on income of nearly $15 million was 14%....about the same as my wife and I paid on a total income of less than $100,000. Progressive my ass. I call it a major screwing and a joke.

This is where you err. There were no statements in that post, as has been pointed out, there really was no content. There was no argument made, no sources linked.

It's a set of quotes. I'm not even sure if the original poster is saying he agrees or disagrees with them, they're just there.

This isn't a matter of engaging with arguments and opinions you don't agree with. The only thing that post is deserving of is mockery, not a well-thought out response.

as long as most people think that its the duty of "the rich" to pay for all the government goodies the masses demand in repayment for voting democrat, the country will continue to increase dependency, sloth and parasiting behavior

Romney pays for far more stuff than he uses so your idiotic rant about rates is silly. you don't pay for all the stuff you use, he subsidizes your dependence
