The first witness to take the stand in a civil court case between a Dallas oilman and an attorney was a donkey, which leads me to ask this question: Was the lawsuit politically motivated?
Only in Texas.
Article is here.
Hopefully the donkey was sworn in before it's testimony. Donkeys are notorious liars.

How do you know the donkey will even testify? They're stubborn animals that can refuse to budge under skull crushing pressure. For all we know he might just take the 5th and "avoid" answering any tough questions. Just like Gonzales.

Donkeys are pretty crafty when it comes to getting information out of them. Gonzales probably comes from a long line of donkeys.
dclxvinoise. I am shocked that you'd call him a donkey. It is clear that he is not a donkey but a "Burro".
Buddy the donkey, who walked to the bench and stared at the jury, the picture of a gentle, well-mannered creature and not the loud, aggressive animal he had been accused of being.
:rofl
So are all Californians bi-lingual?
Actually I'm trilingual. I speak English, Spanish and French. I learned French for business purposes(I have some clients in French Canada) and I forced myself to learn Spanish for my wife(She's Cuban).
Donkeys aren't protected by the Constitution or the Geneva Convention. Two minutes of waterboarding and Gus would begging to answer some tough questions. Just like Gonzales. =)Hatuey said:How do you know the donkey will even testify? They're stubborn animals that can refuse to budge under skull crushing pressure. Wow. I'm taking Spanish classes right now and they are really kicking my A$$! I can't imagine trying to learn another one...
