Donald Trump Again Accused of Rape in New Federal Lawsuit [DOCUMENTS]

Update to the story:

Last week, the plaintiff voluntarily withdrew the case filed in June.

However....

She, now with an additional lawyer, one of Casey Anthony's attorneys, J. Cheney Mason of Florida -- refiled the case yesterday. This time with an additional witness exhibit, who allegedly corroborates the plaintiff's story.

"The new complaint includes an additional witness exhibit from an anonymous "Joan Doe" whose sworn declaration says Jane Doe told her what happened with Trump and Epstein during the 1994-1995 school year.

Jane Doe says she has been subjected to painful daily reminders of the alleged assault due to the tremendous about of media coverage Trump's presidential campaign has received since he announced his candidacy in mid-June 2015."

Trump's lawyer said last week after the case was withdrawn "we have warned Mr. Meagher that in the event he decides to refile his complaint we will seek to have him sanctioned."

So, at this point, it's still an active case. We shall see where it goes.
