An Army Inspector General's report in 2004 states that Donal Rumsfeld was intimately involved in the treatment of one of the detainees at Gitmo. The interrogation plan ordered by Rumsfeld called for the detainee to stand naked in front of a female interrogator, to wear women's underwear, and to perform dog tricks on a leash.

You can find what Rumsfeld calls interrogation in just about any whore house here in the US, where perverts go to engage in the same kind of activity. Its called S&M. Only a true pervert could think up what Rumsfeld ordered. Yes, Donald. You are a sexual deviant.
