He is disliked by most, but I wouldn't go so far as hate, although plenty do. And it's way more than half.
He was neither popular, well-liked, nor respected. Maybe to limited audiences and in specific circumstances, but not generally.
He left nothing behind, and he isn't a populist, except perhaps a fake one. I would not shock me at all to find out eventually that the funding he's drawn in by his disinformation and lies for various claimed public needs was used for personal gain.
