Well I have been stopped twice at sobriety checkpoints. I take my shoes and belt off to fly and get scanned and patted down. I can't own an ak. My Verizon calls were recorded just like all the rest. I live in Tx and we just passed a stupid abortion ban.
Sobriety checks have been proven constitutional by SCOTUS- too bad- that's the law. Likewise, airport screenings which are not random, you chose to fly and therefore submit to them, are legal. There is nothing about all calls being recorded by the NSA, you're confused with the metadata program and the Verizon business records program. Get your facts straight. The laws in Texas are byproduct of Texan legislature-a democratic process- they're the law of Texas. If you don't like them then move.
