The part of my brain that processes such things is substantially impaired. When I see others who are affected by embarrassment or shame it seem that all it does is limit their options. I see it as a vehicle to be controlled by others. When I read a list of things that embarrasses other people, it serves as a great psychological weapon when dealing with an adversary. What's the down side to not experiencing embarrassment nor shame? I don't see one.
