I've been going out on a lot of business dinners lately and have desperately been trying not to go eat the foods that will make me gain 1000 pounds while "closing deals". I typically eat at home to avoid the pitfalls I find at most resturaunts, but sometimes you just don't have a choice.

I found this link on the AARP website, and its been a big help. Thought it might help anyone else struggling with the "bread, no bread?" debate. Does anyone else have any good links or advice in this department?

Thanks...
