We've had no proof of such things against him in the past. So I have no reason to believe that he's going to try and do as such now and given recent events.

Then again if he wanted to do something about it this time around. The democrats have pretty much handed him the perfect excuse to step in and take control of the situation. Though they could just as easily use the chaos of the moment to cause as many delays as they like in turn.

If you can control who casts a ballot by making it difficult or impossible for some, and you control who's ballot gets counted by delegitimizing some more than others, you can create election fraud without stuffing a ballot or stealing a ballot, or faking a ballot.

That is what they will do 'legally' using state legislative or city or county statutes, city or county election boards and via attorney challenges. Now I don't think that the national Trump campaign will nessisarily destroy ballots, or fudge numbers or tamper with machines, but they will create an atmosphere that will justify some locals doing it for Trump here and there because, of course, Dems are already 'cheating and stealing the election' The rhetoric will poison the process, and specific people will decide to 'level the scales' using tactics that are not specifically discussed or endorsed by the Trump campaign to 'right the wrong' of mail in voting.
