If abortion is the woman's right, as some believe, shouldn't it be the right of all women, not just all women with money? Or maybe you disagree.

It's an elective procedure so no. But I do believe in govt subsidies because in the long run, it saves the taxpayers a lot more money.

Women have a right to reproduce too but I dont believe the govt should cover fertility or IVF treatments or maternity hospitalization either. Those are all choices too.

US taxpayers save $7 for every $1 the govt spends on family planning

From a fiscal standpoint, abortions are more economical and practical.

Actually, abortion is a right, as the SCOTUS determined. A woman has the right to choose to have an abortion or not.

Correct.

The Supreme Court’s abortion rulings include four principal elements: 1. The unborn child is a non-person and therefore has no constitutional rights; 2. The right of his mother to kill that non-person is a “ liberty Charles E. Rice 3 interest” protected by the due process clause of the Fourteenth Amendment; 3. The states may impose some marginal restrictions on abortion but are barred from effectively prohibiting abortion at any stage of pregnancy; 4. Efforts undertaken in the vicinity of an abortuary to dissuade women from abortion are subject to more stringent restrictions than are other forms of speech, assembly and association.

Key word there is "choose". Abortion is not a right it is merely a medical procedure. the right as you point out is the right to choose.

The argument is who has the right to choose, not whether abortion itself is a right.
There is no argument. Scotus said women can choose

Choosing is the right. Choose to have an abortion or not. And since the woman is the one getting pregnant, she can choose to have an abortion .
That is the point. The pregnant woman is the only person who has the right to make that choice.
The argument of abortion is who has the right to make that choice.

It should be required to be covered by Medicaid and private insurance

There is no argument. The non viable fetus has no rights

Why would anyone but the pregnant woman be allowed to make the choice? Especially over that of the pregnant woman?

Yet you have state government taking that choice from women. Yet we still have people arguing that abortion should be banned.

And again americans let us know what complete sheeples they are. "Scotus said ", is not an argument for abortion. It is being told what you can do.

If the government provides medical coverage, yes. asshole conservatives dont' get to decide which medical treatments they like, like they are personally footing the bill. Should skinny people have to pay for fat people who are a drain on healthcare resources? should they pay for unvaccinated assholes who fill up hospitals and costs so much expenses and drain? Pay for healthcare for an alcoholic or a drug addict? the answer is yes, but I make that point becuase anti choice people will come in hear making their stupid anti abortion comments that are so played out

People don't personaly get to decide which medical care gets covered and if they cover healthcare at all, the type of care is up to the doctor and patient and nobody else
LOL, think of all the things the "asshole" liberals can allow the government to pay for!

Fair enough. People can argue anything

Peta says meat is murder

I guess they have an argument too

So the taxpayers who are paying the taxes have the right to choose not to pay for it.

Ask the texas government or any of the christians who feel they have the right to interfere.
Why is the abortion argument still happening in america? Most countries have dealt with it.

We have dealt with it too

I think you answered your own uestion.

No you have not. Abortion is still an argument that many americans feel they have the right to decide for the woman.
America still uses abortion as a political football. So, no, you have not dealt with it.
