Being critical of certain aspects of the US doesn’t necessarily mean someone is unpatriotic but when someone is nothing but critical and condemning of the US in every respect, or if they want “fundamental transformation” or to “blow up the system,” it’s not a far reach to conclude they’re not for this country.
