I'd suggest that you stop trying to narrow it down to fit your agenda.Would make your arguments much more believable about wanting to stop negative discrimination.
There are laws against discrimination. Nobody gets to break them for any reason. Get over yourself.
No Christian bakeries are being shut down proactively because they just might discriminate, the only ones that do are the ones that actually are discriminating. Nobody is discriminating against Christians, they are going after bigots. There is no right to get away from being a douchebag without consequence. Rent a clue.

As a show of generosity and patience toward you, I'm going to assume your posts are a demonstration of trolling and not willful ignorance and stupidity.
Actually, there should be no law against being a douchebag. The government is not some cosmic force of karma. It's merely here to ensure the rights of everyone are upheld. This arguments revolving around the use of government need to demonstrate rights violation. People can be douchebags and not violate the rights of anyone. And in such case, there should be no government consequences.
I didn't say against being a douchebag, I said they wanted to be douchebags without consequence. They want to act like asshats and not have anyone disagree with them or take them to task for it. When they are called idiots for acting like idiots, they whine and pretend to be discriminated against. No, they brought it on themselves, all they have to do is stop acting like morons. There aren't government consequences for being stupid, only for breaking the law. There are social consequences though.
Come now, no need for insults. I gave you the definition right in post 94. All that you're doing is trying to pretend that it doesn't exist in order to narrow down what discrimination actually is in order to push your agenda.
One can be a douchebag without consequence. I don't think Christians are being discriminated against, but in terms of things such as property and labor, there is government force used against their free exercise of those. But that's another topic.
However, at base people can be douchebags without consequence. Many do.
But there is no right to be so, which is what I originally said and what many Christians want.
Yes, I know that there are laws against discrimination. I also know that those laws are only against certain forms of discrimination. Which is in and of itself, discrimination. Do you not know the definition of discrimination?
Where did I even suggest that Christian bakeries were being shut down proactively because they just might discriminate? Talk about strawmanning it!
And yes, there is discrimination going on against Christian individuals because of their Christian values. You can try and deny it. You can try and narrow down the definition of discrimination all that you want. Fact is that there is per the definition of the term "discrimination". You can even read the definFition for yourself in post 94.
I can cut and paste the quadriatic equation, it doesn't mean that I understand it, just as it's clear you are unable to comprehend the meaning of discrimination. Every post you make on the topic is a demonstration of trolling, ignorance or stupidity. Which is it?
But there is no right to be so, which is what I originally said and what many Christians want.
No, but unless they infringe upon the rights of others, there's nothing you can do about it. No right to not be offended either.
Actually, yes, there is a right to be a douchebag. What's the old saying? "I have a right to say whatever I want, you do not have a right to not be offended"
Probably because the quadratic equation is math which is far more complicated that simple words.I comprehend it just fine. The problem is that you either A: Don't want to comprehend it and so choose not to or B: you understand it but want to narrow it down to apply to your agenda in order to believe that you are not discriminatory yourself.
Do you think they are?
Yes. In general religious liberties are real and protected until one enters the public arena or engages in commerce. The news is filled with stories of Christians being dismissed, demoted, and otherwise pressured to not freely practice their religion. see current example below...

Pointing out severe and systemic hypocrisy of Christians is not discrimination. Claiming the time of Christmas belongs to Christians exclusively and that any INCLUSIVE expression of the holidays is discrimination against or an attack on Christianity is the ultimate in absurd straw men. Attempting to silence dissenting views of Christianity is not discrimination, it means I don't accept your beliefs, yet has zero affect on your personal relationship with your God.
But worse is taking a group, such as LBGT who Christians have consistently tried to marginalize and force Christian beliefs on others by proxy through state (read: nation) law, a group consistently discriminated against... That somehow, not allowing Christians to violate others freedom of belief and pursuit of happiness is harming Christians is patently sociopathic.
Under the law, Christians are allowed to practice their religion precisely as much as everyone else is. If anyone is denying Christians rights disproportionately to other faiths/non-faiths, then they are practicing discrimination and breaking the law.
Just like I can tell them they're being douchebags and they don't have the right not to be offended either. I'm not the one screaming discrimination here.
My choice of the quadriatic equation was specifically chosen, as it appears the meaning of discrimination is your own personal quadriatic equation. If you're not trolling, then you really have no idea how much you're embarrassing yourself.
Exactly! Except that you are claiming that Christians are not being discriminated against. Yet reality shows that they are.
Really? Where is a case where they are not discriminating against others first, yet are being actually discriminated against under the law?
Underlined: Now see, here you are just moving the goal posts. The poll question, and the topic of the thread is: "Do you feel Christians are Discriminated against in America?" Why do you want to narrow down the possibilities of discrimination to just the law? But hey, I'll answer anyways just because I'm such a nice guy. But I'm going to ask questions in order to answer it as the answers to those questions should show the discrimination if answered honestly and you use the actual definition of "discrimination".
Is there or is there not a law on the books that bars Christians from discrimination? Does that law include ALL forms of discrimination?
