Brain dead hospital patients aren't going to develop brain activity short of a miracle. Unborn children most likely will if they are not reduced to subhuman status and slaughtered for profit by abortionists.

It's unbelievable you pretend to not know the difference.

So sperm and eggs have the potential to develop into human beings yet as well. If it’s just about the potential for life, and not life itself, are you telling us we have to start treating all those things with the sanctity of life as well?

You don’t have to.

That’s the beauty of choice, it’s left up to the individual.
There is no beauty in reducing unborn children to a subhuman choice so they can be slaughtered.

Who claimed there was any beauty in this matter?

There isn’t.

Women make hard choices based on their circumstances. No one ever said life was fair or beautiful or choices were going to be easy.

If someone told you that’s what life was, they lied.

The issue is the false equivalency of brain dead hospital patients and unborn children. There is no reasoned argument the former are extremely unlikely to improve whereas the latter in most cases will continue to develop. This is what I am telling you.

if you or I took our kids on a "journey" like all these illegals do, we'd be called child abusers, DHS would get involved and our kids would be taken

More than 50% of zygotes never become living humans. That’s reality.

DHS would get involved and our kids would be taken
DHS would be involved in another country?

DHS can’t even handle all the child neglect and abuse happening within our own borders.

Yeah, you got that right, but it's okay for them and they are rewarded for doing it.......it's a crazy world.

Everyone makes hard choices based on their circumstances. The innocent unborn child has no choice.

Abortion advocates fight zealously against requiring an image of the unborn child being shown to the mother. Why not have a full picture of the victim of the so-called hard choice? Oh wait, there is no profit for the abortionist in a picture of their next victim.

No, we don't need immigrants. We need to stop telling women that motherhood is a bad thing. We need to show respect for those women who decide to stay at home, and be full time mothers and housekeepers. We need tax breaks and help for new parents, and old parents. The low fertility rate that Clinton is just now recognizing is a direct result of "progressive" policies. I remember an Obama speech, in which he told women that he didn't WANT THEM to stay at home, and raise children. Girls and women catch it from all angles in today's world: If you don't get out and pursue a career, you are worthless. Or, if not worthless, you are at least worth less than women who join the rat race.

It's past time that government valued people who aren't working full time to provide a larger tax base. That is really the only value our government places on women.

Women's lib is great, in that a woman can decide that home making isn't for her. But, we need to allow women to decide that home making is exactly what they want to do. To hell with Obama, and all those who think like him. And, to hell with Clinton, as well. The declining fertility rate was apparent before he ever parked his dead ass in the governor's mansion in Arkansas.

Let us not forget, it takes a village to raise an idiot. Get kids out of daycare, and allow Mother to care for them.

Turnstyles? You simply don't understand the border. For every individual who walks through a turnstyle at the border, there are dozens wading the river, and/or walking across rancher's fields. The thousands of dead bodies found on the border aren't found at ports of entry, stacked up behind turnstyles. They are found in the valleys, on the desert, in ditches beside the roads. Or, in abandoned semi-trailers.

What do you think they see?

At the gestational time frame most women have elective abortions, the only way to even GET an “picture” is a vaginal ultrasound.

Ever have a vaginal ultrasound? . Let me explain to you how it works - a large wand is shoved into the woman’s vagina and twisted around and around pressing against the inside walls of her vagina in an attempt to see where, specifically, in a woman’s uterus an embryo has implanted itself.

Good times.

There’s no “baby” to see. There’s a small protrusion from the side of the uterus with perhaps a “flicker” showing where a heart will develop.

Elective abortions adding to the casualties is a good thing, how?
Because that’s the choice the woman makes.

And women are the only living, breathing person involved in the equation.

I was 18, not yet19 when I had an elective abortion. Sure as hell wasn’t going to drop out of college and give up my scholarship that I had spent my entire young life working towards go so that I could continue waiting tables and become a single mother all because my birth control failed. . And I did not subscribe to the idea of don’t have sex until you’re married. Not that enjoying consensual sex with my partner is somehow “bad” or immoral.

Sex is natural and science has given us not only birth control, but safe alternatives when unwanted pregnancies occur.

And almost 3 decades later of religious zealots demeaning women making the same decision has made me nothing but MORE determined to fight back against the zealots stripping that right from other women.

My CHOICE to have an abortion when I was not at all ready to become a mother has resulted in me being not only a college graduate with a successful first career already under my belt - but a happily married woman who is a very good mother to my child that was very wanted and now in the process of transitioning to a 2nd career. In addition to plenty of time and money to volunteer and give to organizations and causes that I find of value and support.

Roevember is coming. See you at the ballot box. (FYI - one in four American women have had an abortion. Those are the statistics. So you may want to mind your words…you don’t know which of the women in your life they are. And don’t kid yourself, they ARE in your life. Even if they never open their mouths and tell you)

You must be really old if your MRI/ultrasound involved a wand up the vagina. Of course, the baby isn't in the vagina anyway, but hey, facts can't be allowed to stand in the way of a good horror story. My first son was born in 1986. We still have his ultrasound. I sat at the doctor's side - whoops, I sat at the TECHNICIAN'S side, as the ultrasound was done. No wands up the whosits. In 1986, the procedure was a bit more awkward than it is today, but the hardware has been shrunken and streamlined drastically. Last month, I sat at another technician's side, as he performed an echocardiogram on my wife. Some computer mice are larger than the device he passed over her chest and back. Thinking back over various procedures I've either witnessed or endured, proctologists are more intrusive than OB/GYN, unless and until a caesarian is required. I think proctologists just love the idea of buggering their patients.

Abdominal ultrasounds cannot detect a pregnancy until at minimum 6-7 weeks.

Transvaginal ultrasounds offer better imagery in early pregnancy.

The fact that you mention echocardiograms shows further that you don’t know what you’re talking about.

But thanks for your attempt at mansplaining I guess? It’s always cute when men attempt to tell women how they know better about our medical choices, procedures and anatomy than we do.

I guess I should thank you, in return, for femsplaining. Science is science. The soundwaves are very much the same, whether they are looking for a hole in your heart, a mass in your ass, a clot in your veins/arteries, or a hole in your head. The equipment varies a little, depending on the application, of course. But they are finding aneurisms today, smaller than a 3-week fetus.

You’re welcome.

Next time, don’t pretend you know more about pregnancy and a woman’s body than a woman does because someone allowed you to see in a room once

Perhaps it would help if you also learned that I am an EMT. June 1980, University of Maine, at Bangor for graduation date and place. If I gave you my name, you could find me on some silly National Registry of EMTs. I was permitted to manipulate one of the first two CAT machines in the state. I am not a medical professional, by a long shot, but I am far more familiar with the human body than the Average Joe you might meet in a bar. I do know where babies come from. You want to femsplain to me some more?

Ooh…an EMT from the 80’s?

How relevant and current.

Clinton endorsed Replacement theory.

Some say his comments were rooted in economic reality but that's because they're endorsing Replacement theory too. One of the pluses for encouraging Replacement Theory is getting the benefactors to vote Democrat.

Ooops, I gotta make a correction. I stated things wrong. My class was at the University of Maine at Machias. My ER time was served at Bangor regional. I don't want to be accused of pulling a Tim Walz here, Okay?

Now, while you scoff and mock my limited credentials, I'm wondering if you have any medical credentials at all? Or - is femsplaining all the credentials you need when talking down to a man?

As long as we have millions of Americans out of work because the "good-paying union jobs" have been outsourced to places like China, Mexico, Indonesia, India, etc. where people are paid a fraction of the wages Americans need in order to afford the costs of living in the USA, then NO! We should not be flooding the USA with millions of people from those very nations who are willing to work for any kind of wages, undercutting native born citizens in the workplace.

Trump needs to bring production work back to the USA. He is also correct in wanting to exploit the vast natural resources available in the USA. That includes oil and natural gas production, mining of precious and other metals, and improving U.S. infrastructure.

Current valid certifications that I hold:

First aid
CPR
AED
Comprehensive care for persons with diabetes certification
Offshore emergency medical certification

My family business is fishing. I always have active medical related certifications due to the nature of the business and licensing and insurance requirements. When you’re 80 miles from land, no one is coming right away to help you.

Additionally, I am a full time caregiver to an elderly individuals with diabetes and heart problems.

And absolutely NONE of this is at all related to this thread, other than you displaying your misogyny

only Trump will try and do those thing, you're right
