Do We Have a STEALTH Immigration AMNESTY Bill?

Just before the final vote was taken on the minimum wage bill in the Senate, amendment 187 was introduced. Amendment 187 is none other than last year's Kennedy McCain immigration reform AMNESTY bill. The minimum wage bill with amendment 187 passed 97 to 3.

Does each amendment have to be now voted on individually or do we have a stealth amnesty bill in place in the Senate?

There seems to be some confusion as to whether the Senate passed stealth immigration amnesty as an amendment to the minimum wage bill.

Some grassroots groups reported that they did and others say that they didn't.
