It's been my understanding that whenever tax cuts have been implemented our economy grows. Common sense tells us that the more money tax payers keep for themselves--the more investing or saving they're likely to do. That goes for all the classes in American society.
 
Can you define "middle class" and "poor"? And don't say one's richer than the other or whatever, try a more scientific approach.

Not likely, whatever extra that someone gets will probably spent on some new thing. And often get loans, go to debt that sort of the, the American Dream.
