Doesn't seem like it lately. And this one IS the law in Virginia.

Miyares received the checks on Monday and they were returned by Thursday. OMG.....he didn't get right on it instantly. :ROFLMAO:

It's whiny political nit picking by the losing side because Mark Herring was called out on his shady pac money.

The contributions themselves are perfectly legal, but they cannot be received during the General Assembly Session. One minute after this current session is adjourned, Miyares can put the money in the bank.

Unlike Mark Herring, (former AG) Miyares is a decent man doesn't hide behind shady democrat DAGA pac money.

Do Chicago Democrats have any non-criminals in their ranks? Doubtful. Another just got found guilty of crimes this week.
