Disgruntled former members of the Herman Cain campaign are beginning to talk.
A report in the New York Times says several staff members hit the breeze after receiving a campaign memo about how to act when riding in a car with Mr. Cain.
“Do not speak to him unless you are spoken to,” the memo said.
