Do liberals pay Rush's salary?

Rush Limbaugh was once asked that since he makes about $25 million a year in salary as to why he just doesn’t retire while he’s still in his fifties? Rush said it wasn’t the money, that he will retire the day that everyone in America agrees with his common sense--strong resolute conservative ideology.

While nearly every single successful radio political talk show host of importance is a Republican, Libertarian or Conservative, shouldn’t they all give credit to the liberal faction of listeners for helping pay for their enormous salaries?

Surely Rush, Hannity, Boortz, Reagan, Savage, Beck, Carr, Ingrahm, et al owe their very livelihood to the millions of liberal listeners that have tuned in to hear the truth. These same liberals once tuned into ’Air America’ with hopes of having the first liberally oriented radio talk show do well. While their dreams were again shattered with the imploding of Air America--they should take comfort in knowing that conservative radio is doing just fine…thanks in large part to liberal nation‘s donations.

It's not even that a lot of the things Rush says are bad or wrong, it's just the way he says them that makes him such a laughing stock. He's a self-centered, self-important ******* with an ego on loan from God who just likes to hear himself talk. Sorry, that's really not the kind of person you want representing your political views, is it? It sure the hell isn't someone I'd want to admit to.

I like listening to Rush. Myself and some liberals I know listen primarily for entertainment. So, in a way, yes, liberals are funding his drunken diatribes.

I watch Fox news, listen to Rush, and whatnot- I often disagree, but I also believe in listening to all sides of the story and as many different viewpoints as I can, and letting the idea swirl around in my head for a while before I deem myself as having an opinion.
