He's free now, but then he lost his entire youth behind bars. Why? Because the jury chose to believe that he was guilty from statement given through coercive techniques in the face of science showing otherwise. Coersion simply doesn't work.

definately not good that an American citizen afforded rights under the constition had this happen to them.

its a good thing foreign terrorists dont fit that bill.

You missed the ball all together. Coersion doesn't work.

sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. I wonder what he will be awarded in the 42 USC 1983 lawsuit against the cops. a couple million sounds about right

You can not get reliable information of any kind from coersion. The Israelis prooved that.

the problem with this statement is its way too broad since coercion can mean many things (Just as some pillowheads consider putting panties on a jihadist's head torture while others don't see that until the rack is involved)

you make an absolute statement and all it takes is one contra example to destroy it.

Contra example? As I've said, you can not get reliable intel from coersion. Faced with death, the Fox news journalists gladly said praise Allah.
