I wonder if that is the official strategy ?
Because I'm starting to see it more and more. Theyr'e third graders, trying to delfect and divert attention away from their lies and poor choices by pointing to Bush.
And it's a Bs narrative anyway, " Bush lied ".
Obama lied, J. Karney Lied, Hillary Lied.
Good golly, well that just proves everything!
The decision to go into Iraq was on false, made-up premises. The evidence is all there and not difficult to find out. You can choose to bury your head in the sand or seek the truth. If you choose to live off those quotes, then by golly, you chose to stay uninformed.
What I see in the thread is false outrage and I can't help but roll my eyes when so many Republicans are up in arms about Benghazi, but choose to remain silent when it comes to Iraq. The hypocracy is just too much for me.
Yeah. But only Bush drove us into a stupid war. That seems to be a real important distinction.

Of course, you only how outrage for what suits you politically as well an are silent when it comes to Benghazi, instead changing the subject and not saying one word on the actual topic....but I guess your own hypocrisy is irrelevant to your condemnation of hypocrisy.
No. Fenton nailed it. See my post. Read 'em and weep.
No, what you see in THIS thread are people who ARE NOT sycophantic supporters of a corrupt Administration and it's ideology.
The people here ( the ones who want answers for Benghazi of course ) realize that Obama and Hillary and essentially every Democrat in office now are so lacking in character and integrity, so lacking in humanity that they would LIE to cover up the real reasons 4 Americans died including our Ambasador, just because it was politically expediant.
They were such SCUM, they would lie to the FAMILIES of those killed in Benghazzi. Hillary lied to the face of the dead Seals father telling him " they were going to get the guy responsible for making that you tube video ".
I realize people like you are irritated those people had to die that close to the election, and your going to do whatever you can to mitigate Obama's and Hillary's obvious dishonesty by bringing up irrelevent nonsense. ( I showed you just 3 of the 20 or so quotes showing Democrats KNEW he had WMDs prior to Bush's first term, you know, to crush the stupid " Bush lied people died " narrative you people push )
Just because you don't mind being lied to doesn't mean I like being lied to and you should start your own thread about " Bush's false pretenses " and quit trying to apologize for Obama's dishonesty.
Please stop derailing the thread. Your hypocracy (sic) is ironic.
UN weapons inspectors headed by Hans Blix was in country and he w anted more time, however President Bush refused.
One the Pelosi quote in 1998:
On 16 December 1998, Nancy Pelosi, a Congressional representative from California and a member of the House Intelligence Committee, issued a statement concerning aU.S.-led military strike against Iraq:
As a member of the House Intelligence Committee, I am keenly aware that the proliferation of chemical and biological weapons is an issue of grave importance to all nations. Saddam Hussein has been engaged in the development of weapons of mass destruction technology which is a threat to countries in the region and he has made a mockery of the weapons inspection process.
The responsibility of the United States in this conflict is to eliminate weapons of mass destruction, to minimize the danger to our troops and to diminish the suffering of the Iraqi people. The citizens of Iraq have suffered the most for Saddam Hussein's activities; sadly, those same citizens now stand to suffer more. I have supported efforts to ease the humanitarian situation in Iraq and my thoughts and prayers are with the innocent Iraqi civilians, as well as with the families of U.S. troops participating in the current action.
I believe in negotiated solutions to international conflict. This is, unfortunately, not going to be the case in this situation where Saddam Hussein has been a repeat offender, ignoring the international community's requirement that he come clean with his weapons program. While I support the President, I hope and pray that this conflict can be resolved quickly and that the international community can find a lasting solution through diplomatic means.
(In this statement Rep. Pelosi was not urging that action be taken against Iraq in order to destroy its WMD technology; she was expressing support for attacks that had already begun with that purpose as their stated objective.)
So your theory is, if the accusations are all true, the Obama administration would be justified in their actions because of what you think of the Bush White house?

not properly armed for combat since the only weapons they had were their 9 mm hand guns.
What good would they have done againist the heavily armed opposition they would have encountered in Benghazi?
Also there was the fact that the situation on the ground was still uncertain and there were concerns that the embassy in tripoli could have been targeted next.
Yeah. But only Bush drove us into a stupid war. That seems to be a real important distinction.
Thats just a desperate and dishonest attempt, and CHILDISH attempt to divert attention away from Benghazzi.
PLUS, the Democrats voted to go to war PLUS many Democrats prior to 9/11 made public statements alluding to the presensce of WMDs
How bout we focus on May 7, 2013.
No, I'm pointing out the incredible hypocratical arrogance of getting all huffy about Benghazi all the while being in complete denial about Iraq.
I thought the whole point of the thread
was to focus on September 11, 2012.
aren't you doing the exact same thing here, with the one caveat being that you are trying to shift attention away from an ongoing investigation, by going "look over there"?
Special Ops only armed with hand guns ?
Who's BS account are you defering to ?
They were dispatched to Tripoli, a "Special Ops" unit with just hand guns ?
Not to mention the whistleblower stating that aircraft alone overhead would have scattered the terrorist.
U.S. military officials confirmed late Monday that a four-man Special Operations Forces team was denied permission to leave the US Embassy in Tripoli following reports that the consulate in Benghazi had been attacked.
The officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the team was reviewing security at U.S. embassies throughout the Middle East and was not prepared for a combat assault mission, being armed with only 9mm sidearms.
They also noted that the situation at Benghazi remained unclear and there were concerns the Embassy in Tripoli also could become a target.
Two separate U.S. Special Forces teams from elsewhere in Europe were ultimately authorized to respond to the attacks, but did not arrive at staging bases until the evening of Sept. 12, more than 12 hours after the fighting had ended.
Yes, I do admit to derailing. I generally don't and usually try to refrain, but
the hypocrisy and feigned outrage needed a bit of levelling, IMO.
The only hypocrisy is coming from you guys. Your Constructed narratives aside, we NOW have a President who is directly involved in a cover up for polilitical reasons.
In a cover up that involves 4 dead Americans.
Personally I think your trolling does your lot more harm than good. You are admitting that the best you have to offer up in this debate are the tactics of a 4 year old child.
I hope these hearings tomorrow don't turn into a soap box theater....Keep the questions direct, and demand answers....Forget the speech making.

The special forces were in tripoli to
review embassy security, they were
not equipped for frontline combat.
There were other special forces teams in Europe but by the time they were getting ready it was already too late.
Official: US Special Forces team wasn't allowed to fly to Benghazi during attack - Open Channel
I fear you are asking WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much.
