America waits for
The American Red Cross and other to collect enough cash to continue clean up
some three months after the fact

america the destitute has no more funding
while the victims are left to wander aimlessly

and if the poor people of the ninth ward should make it back to NO and the ninth ward after the clean up next year or later
they will be slapped with a toxic waste clean that they cant pay
eminent domain I think thats the term
