I have been on the road the last several days so I have not had the chance to watch the Republican national convention. From what I have read, however, I get the sense that the media are troubled that Melania Trump might have lifted a phrase or two from Michelle Obama. Michelle seems an unlikely source of inspiration. As the late Christopher Hitchens once said of Michelle's Princeton thesis, “To describe it as hard to read would be a mistake; the thesis cannot be ‘read’ at all, in the strict sense of the verb. This is because it wasn't written in any known language.”
But my gripe isn't with Michelle. It is with her husband. During the 2008 campaign I read Barack Obama's alleged 1995 masterpiece, Dreams from My Father, and came to a startling conclusion. This conclusion was later confirmed by celebrity biographer Christopher Andersen, namely that "literary devices and themes [in Dreams] bear a jarring similarity to [Bill] Ayers’ own writings.” Did they ever.
It seems that shortly before getting into the revolution business, Bill Ayers took a job as a merchant seaman. “I’d thought that when I signed on that I might write an American novel about a young man at sea,” says Ayers in his 2001 memoir, Fugitive Days, “but I didn’t have it in me.”

Articles: Did Someone Mention ‘Obama’ and ‘Plagiarism’?
Obviously the MSM has focused on the speeches given at the RNC Convention the last few days. They've ripped apart Melania's, Donald Trump Jr's, and nearly each of the speakers there. In actuality the Progressive Socialist Left desperate and soiling their garments over the strength within the RNC Convention. First rule of politics in today's Lame Stream Media is, 'It's only wrong when the Republicans do it'. The Second rule of today's politics in today's media, whatever else Republicans do, it is wrong. How quickly they want to forget and bury in deep memory holes the overt plagiarism of Barack Hussein Obama in 2008 when he used DeVal Patrick's speech almost verbatim, or Michelle Obama's speech using Stephen R. Covey's book, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". But hey, that's what's it all about. How quickly people are prepared to throw rocks forgetting the also live in glass houses.
Let us not forget Obama's "composite" characters that appear in his non fiction book declared "composite" ONLY when discovered to be a lie that was ghost written by the guy Obama supposedly vaguely knowns, Bill Ayers.
Here is a man that must make up people from his past and we STILL have no one who remembers his youth, neither childhood friends, no one remembers his birth, no girl friends, no college roommates, no transcripts, nothing but a hidden past and a fake auto biography.
