No one, including the newspapers, who saw the Emails reported them to legal authorities because nothing in them violated the law.

Are the dems playing politics with this scandal, yes. Are they jumping for joy because the story was released before the elections, yes. Are they just as bad as the republicans, yes. But does that mean that I should listen to crack-pot consipracy theories just because FOX news says so?
