As many as 44 members of the Mujahideen-e Khalq (The People's Mujahedeen of Iran), were killed at Camp Ashraf over the weekend. Around 100 Iranian refugees were housed at the refugee camp north of Baghdad. They were exiled from Iran after fighting a guerrilla campaign against the US installed Mohammad Rezā Shāh Pahlavī and the clerics who followed him. Saddam Hussein gave them shelter, however, Nouri al-Malaki's government has been trying to remove them for the last year.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran claims the refugees were massacred by Iraq's security forces and have called the incident a war crime. Despite a video emerging, that appears to show soldiers entering the camp with machine guns, the Iraqi government has denied any involvement, saying the residents died during a night of infighting.

It seems that members of the Iraqi security forces snuck into a refugee camp in Camp Ashraf which mainly houses member of the People Mujhadeen of Iran (a resistance force against Islamic Iran) and executed at least 44 of them.
