is it just a legal technicality?

all this talk about bush breaking the law and spying on america?

bush should have gotten permission from the courts within 72 hours after the times that he had spied, but he did not,

but hey, this is just a legal technicality, right?

guess what, the republicans fought to impeach clinton on a legal technicality, they succeeded, and clinton was finally impeached,

but it seems republicans forgot all about the law now that bush's actions are in question,
