Yep. It's from the Federal government. But it doesn't say what it is for. So, we're thinking it's likely tax returns.
We received the CERB package - Canada Emergency relief Benefit - quite a while back (the first lock-down) - I think it was 2 months worth.

Anyway, we're leaving it sitting in case it's a mistake.
