So why then, dont all the people caught in the desert do so? How do they get taken right back across the border? If what yo are claiming is true...why isnt it practiced? And if it's not practiced, how were the agents in the OP on horses wrong?They have to claim assylum if they want to be processed for assylum.
They have a legal right to do that regardless of how many do it.
If we need to hire more people to process the claim, then we need to hire more people.
And yes, we do need more people working on the border.
