I’m curious how popular this is. You inject a transmitter into your body and read a1c on your phone. A bridge to far?

Seems fine. Enough people thought the idea of an electronic patch that could inject therapeutic levels of various drugs and antibiotics based on how it read and analyzed your blood was good enough to make Elizabeth Holmes a billionaire (until she couldn't produce it.) That is a much more invasive and dangerous proposition than a remote blood glucose monitor.
