Its pretty much the same schtick that the Supremes already found unconsitutional. This time, it was passed by Congress, but whether mandated by a president or Congress, it is still pretty much the same old illegal crap that came before the courts in the past. The judicial result will be pretty much the same.

Meanwhile, while the Iraqis are struggling to implement a new Constitution, lets let them borrow ours for a while. We're not using it, so why let it go to waste?
