Denver decriminalizes mushrooms

Are people flooding to Colo for weed legalization? They arent here in WA St.

And I'm not sure how it's any different from a new industry opening up in any state, or taxes/incentives making new industries attractive...businesses come in and take advantage of those opportunities.

Are you saying alot of individuals are moving into Colo just for pot?

There are many that are moving to Colorado for pot, yes. We have had an expanding population, so people had been moving it. But there are many who started moving in for the pot and don't really bring with them the job skills to keep CO up. It's not that it's attracting businesses in and of itself, though we are developing one of the best marijuana/hemp industries in the US. We make some good taxes from it, so it's not all a loss. However, I think that in some things, there are consequences that need to be discussed before moving ahead.

In general I am for both marijuana and mushroom legalization. I just don't want to draw the wrong sort of crowd out here because of these rules.

For business opportunities or to use it?

There's a huge difference.

And again, we're not seeing that issue here.
