News of Defense Secretary James Mattis's departure from the Trump administration was met with bipartisan shock and concern on Thursday.

Mattis announced he would resign at the end of February, writing in his resignation letter to President Trump that he deserved a secretary "whose views are better aligned with yours."
===================================
Trump's decision to withdraw all our forces from Syria is an obvious move to placate strongman Erdogan, who hates the Kurds that we supported. This is no victory but the opening setting for a disastrous human rights & strategic political & military catastrophe in the Middle East. Oh, and Putin approves also (naturally).

Take Away for Americans enemies: "America is weak now".

True, but not something that should be advertised.

In 2020 you're going to vote for the man making America weaker. Strange. One wonders about your motivation.

Yeah, other than pounding ISIS into dust, bombing the Russians and Syrians over the use of chemical weapons, selling arms to the Ukraine, building the most lethal mid-range missile defense system in military history (the Patriot missile defense system) in Russia's backyard (Poland), having the US military at its greatest level of readiness in 20 years, and PRVOG WE WILL USE IT, (as opposed to the *****-assed "red line in the sand" embarrassment...speaking of "weak" ), yeah, we're "weak".

In other news, we also will NOT be allowing any other foreign nations control of ANY AMOUNT of our uranium reserves, telling our intel to STAND DOWN and not interfere with any election meddling, OR promising "more flexibility for Vladipoo" after the election...

We NOW DO THIS:

Yeah, because I am SO sure that our enemies can't watch the news or read the internet, oh, gee maybe they are reading this obscure forum!!!!:roll:

He is your president, he is the world's disgrace.

Dems piss and moan about ALL THINGS TRUMP. So?

And you make hyperbolic threads where you are easily proved wrong, then you abandon them.:lamo

Keep trying to pump up your cult leader...he is doing soooooo well....

One guy decides that he does not want to follow orders and first becomes insubordinate and then leaves the government and that means that American policy is wrong?

This Mattis is this much The God of American Foreign Policy?

No.
