Democrats Back Third Parties to Siphon Votes

Look, it's not my fault that what you posted in no way actually addresses the "problem" in the OP after you went off in all your righteous rage about how people react and don't offer solutions. Storm off in a huff if you like, but it's still not my fault.

Your criticism has even less substance than you accuse my suggestions of having. Feel free continue your baseless poo-pooing as a substitute to having to post something thoughtful.

Well, I'm glad you were able to point out with specificity exactly where it was lacking in substance.

If you don't want to be "poo-poohed," then I suggest you not post.

Except I didn't. But hey.

This is really no different than the typical low life Liberal Democrat strategy of sending their infiltrators into Tea Party Rallies with hate signs, or putting up fake Tea Party candidates to make Patriots and people who have values and believe in the Constitution look bad for the Obamedia 5th column News to show on the nightly news and claim it's everyone in the party when in fact it's no one who belongs to the party or even belongs at the rally.

The Liberals as I have been saying repeatedly cannot deal with the truth or the facts and it has become clear they cannot run openly on their record since Obama came to town to destroy the economy.

How can they say vote for me when everyone knows they have voted as they were told by the Trifecta of Doom, Obama, Pelosi, Reid, and they have done everything they can to destroy our economy.

They have to resort to tactics like this they have no other choice, to use their record would be to show the world how Anti-American they have been as they blame President Bush for what they are doing when they blindly continue to back Obama, and his Black Liberation Theology which is Marxist and Anti-American from top to bottom:

Same old talking points Councilman.

Do you ever come up with anything original?

You guys have been howling about freedom this, freedom that, constitution this, constitution that, death panels, death marches, death camps, socialist schools.

BLAH BLAH BLAH BLAH

And none of it has, or ever will happen.

Seriously, get a grip on reality would you. There's plenty to be mad at him at, that does ACTUALLY EXIST!

there are now 2 dem held districts where this issue, the planting of a tea party putup to split the opp, has come to dominate their campaigns in the last week or so

bryan lentz in admiral sestak's open PA7, west philly suburbs, delaware county

lentz originally said he knew nothing about this shill, he "believed in his heart" no one in his campaign was involved

now, he's come around and admitted his involvement

Democrat Bryan Lentz admits his role in helping third candidate | Philadelphia Inquirer | 10/20/2010

lentz trailed us attorney patrick meehan, one of dick morris' men, 34 to 31, per mason dixon, oct 14

the other race where this planting of a phony teapartier has become THE campaign is NJ3, just across the delaware river from philly, camden, cherry hill

there 9 termer john adler, who is an excellent candidate, is fighting off a challenge from 15 year stalwart philadelphia eagle pro bowl right tackle jon runyan

adler's the kind of guy who says things like---when i was a kid i did what i called work at my dad's dry cleaning store, he would've called it goofing off and getting in the way

the summer campaign was dominated by the well funded incumbent's tv ads attacking the tackle for buying a donkey so he could get a tax break on his camden county estate

now, everyone's talking about the tea plant

As Third District race heats up, Rep. John Adler keeps his cool | Philadelphia Inquirer | 10/21/2010

both PA7 and NJ3 pipe in to the same philly media market

both are rated tossups, that'd make em pickups in the #40 to #70 range

zogby yesterday had adler trailing the football player with the ass, 40 to 37

37% support for a nine term incumbent is indecent

Jesus Christ the Republicans do exactly the same thing but when those stories come up, their voters defend it.

Yea it is not like the GOP helped Nader in any way during his campaigns for President... not at all.

Voter fraud is a more prevalent threat today from liberal groups than ever before, too bad we have a Justice Dept. that will serve more enabler than enforcer of the laws.

That's really weird, because when your side was doing it you said it wasn't voter fraud, because people have the right to vote for and support whomever they like!

And by "it" I mean literally exactly the same thing. Supporting third party candidates to siphon votes off a Democrat. Registering a couple random "green party" candidates off the street on the day that registrations were due.

ralph nader (LOL!) isn't gonna cost congressman adler his seat or deny bryan lentz admiral sestak's PN7

ralph nader (LOL!) is some puny little personal debate point directed at some puny little forum personality

adler and lentz are REAL

party on

I love how the most common reaction to this kind of BS is to always follow this formula:
  • Express outrage
  • Blame the political party behind the scandal
  • Ignore the fact that both parties play dirty pool
  • Fail to suggest how to improve the situation
  • Feel a sense of accomplishment
TED,

The Republocrats are dirty players. Everyone knows this. They are the status quo, voting Republocrat will only encourage the status quo. We should move to something like Instant Runoff Voting or work for a more open system where several candidates can be presented to the voters.

More states should adopt the fusion system.

Well, sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. However, it is my opinion that neither should be doing this. It is bad for our republic. wouldn't you agree?

I would agree.

The title of the article should read, 'Democrats and Republicans, the liars, and cheats they really are' I am praying that the American people are smart enough to see through this crap.

Fixed it for you.

Mr. Pearcy and other drifters and homeless people were recruited onto the Green Party ballot by a Republican political operative who freely admits that their candidacies may siphon some support from the Democrats. Arizona’s Democratic Party has filed a formal complaint with local, state and federal prosecutors in an effort to have the candidates removed from the ballot, and the Green Party has urged its supporters to steer clear of the rogue candidates.

“These are people who are not serious and who were recruited as part of a cynical manipulation of the process,” said Paul Eckstein, a lawyer representing the Democrats. “They don’t know Green from red.”

“Did I recruit candidates? Yes,” said Mr. May, who is himself a candidate for the State Legislature, on the Republican ticket. “Are they fake candidates? No way.”

To make his point, Mr. May went by Starbucks, the gathering spot of the Mill Rats, as the frequenters of Mill Avenue are known.

“Are you fake, Benjamin?” he yelled out to Mr. Pearcy, who cried out “No,” with an expletive attached.

Democrats go trick-or-treating as Libertarians

WASHINGTON - In Colorado, Indiana, Illinois, and Maryland, Democrats have spent money on mailers and other printed items to inform voters about Libertarian candidates.

Libertarian Party (LP) Executive Director Wes Benedict said, "We're pleased to see Democrats spending their own money to promote Libertarian candidates. We hope Republicans will start doing the same thing soon."

The ads have featured Libertarians Mike Labno, running for U.S. Senate in Illinois; Richard Davis, running for U.S. House in Maryland; Greg Knott, running for U.S. House in Indiana; and Gregory Gilman, running for U.S. House in Colorado.

Benedict continued, "Some of the Democratic Party funded ads have pointed out that Libertarians want to cut government spending and end programs that aren't authorized by the Constitution. Thank you, Democrats!

"The Democrats are obviously hoping to turn Republican voters into Libertarians. Their trick might turn out to be our treat.

"If the Republicans are smart, they might try a similar tactic. For example, Republicans could inform liberal voters that Libertarians want to end foreign wars and close foreign military bases; end the War on Drugs; reform immigration policy to make legal immigration easier; and we want the government to show equal treatment to homosexuals.

"Maybe Democrats and Republicans could have a contest to see who can promote Libertarians the most.

"During election season, Republicans and Democrats invent lots of ghosts and goblins to scare voters. Voters should remember that Halloween is just make-believe, put the fear-mongering aside, and vote Libertarian on November 2."

The LP is America's third-largest political party, founded in 1971. The Libertarian Party stands for free markets, civil liberties, and peace. You can find more information on the Libertarian Party at our website.

Did you expect anything less from a party who's motto is "Vote early and often." Not that Republicans are any cleaner, but at least on the voter fraud front they are far better than the Democratic party has been.

The Democratic strategy is to increase overall voter turnout, and the GOP strategy is to decrease it. As a result, the scandals on the Democratic side tend to be a minor surplus of unqualified voters, while the scandals on the GOP side will be attempts to stop people from voting who DO have a right to vote.

Oh you mean like the time the Democrats would not count the military votes etc? Or how about the voter intimidation during 2008?

That statement is not true in any way shape or form.

he's right to some extent-dems want to increase voting by illegals, alter egos and dead people

the dems are clearly the force behind that moron who is the third choice in the DIngy Harry and Angle race. He isn't campaigning and claims he wants to win but his interview on CNN (7 minutes ago) showed he hates Angle and wants Reid to beat her
