Democrats and Liberals are such hypocrites........14 years ago they would not even let Governor Bob Casey Sr. speak at their national convention because he was pro life........

Now they are so desperate for power that they compromise their principles and the Plank of the party and court pro life candidates like Casey, Webb, and Testor........

HYPOCRITES!!!!!!!!!!

Cant speak fr Casey or Tester, but Webb believes in the Constitution, and is a rubber stamp for nobody. After serving as Reagan's Navy Secretary, he resigned over Iran-Contra. THOSE are principles.

As for Casey and Tester, they were elected by the majority of voters in their state, and Tester himself ran in a very red state. That says a lot about this administration - so extreme it could not even hang onto some of its own base support.

For most Americans, they now see the writing on the wall, and the days of wedge issues, rancor, and extreme partisan ideology are over. Of course, there are a few who refuse to let it go. What are they doing now?

They already have. Bush invited Pelosi to the White House for lunch, wore a blue tie for her, and when asked what he was eating, replied "Crow".

Must really sting, huh? :)
 
The word "politician" and "hypocrite"are invariably found in the same sentence.

I've heard you type that quite a bit....Last time was on Nov. 6th


I personally see it as a good thing the Dems are opening doors and at least talking with people they ignored before....beats the hell outa pushing everyone who disagrees away....we already saw what that accomplishes, and it would seem the American Voter has had enough.

Well I guess the truth is in the eye of the beholder because to me by supporting Testor, Casey, and Webb it shows they are so desperate for power that they will compromise their core principles to get it.....

Only in your eyes..........You have not proved me wrong.................The fact remains that dems banned Casey Sr. from speaking at their convention in 1992 and now are so desperate for power that the compromise their core principles to gain power...........Their is a plank in their rules that says they are the pro choice or pro abortion party...........It should be the party of the hypocrites.......

There is no "right or wrong" in this case. By any token we can say any political group is a group of hypocrites and there is proof to back it up. I have not set out to prove you wrong and me right. That's plain stupidity. The whole thing is so subjective that it has no value.

I don't know that background, but if it's true, then I don't deny it. Sometimes people learn from their mistakes. The Dems realized that they could win only if they put up a viable candidate. It's called strategy. If that makes them hypocrites, so be it. We won.

Did the Republicans compromise their principles when they ran Charlie Crist for Florida Governor? He is pro-choice, you know. Why didn't they stick to their core values?

The DNC needed to come back some to the right on social issues.

And I'm not sure they have principals, as you claim. Do you have any evidence that the Democratic Party has principals?

I would like to see you try to substantiate that.

The American voters must think the Democrats are more principled than the Republicans, because Republican corruption was a big reason the people voted them out.

I've said this a million times here, but it bears repeating.
Bob Casey did not speak at the Dem, convention because he did not endorse Bill Clinton, the nominee. Period.

Why am I not at all surprised that you would feel that way..............Its amazing the Republicans lose a lot of close races and there is no talk of recounts, frauds or Dieboldt cheating them......................Just the opposite with the dems.........Whine, Whine Whine when they lose...Blame it on everything but themselves........

Horse ****.......The democrats are just as corrupt as the republicans...the reason why they lost the election is becasue of the Iraq war.........
