The timeline I posted shows you saying all she had to do was... is more BS:

You guys must be frustrated. Everyone knows yall use the same playbooks and they dont work anymore.
I know. He sat in the back near some network's camera's until his temper overtook him and he decided to make a show of it.
Muddle. Muddle. Muddle. How did I muddle it? This post seems to bear out that its quite clear.
Sen Alex Padilla dragged out of Noem immigration briefing in LA
California senator Alex Padilla was pushed out of the news conference by authorities after he interrupted Noem.www.bbc.com
Shrug. Arrested detained removed.. more than welcome to quibble with someone who cares
No he was put in handcuffs and pushed out.
Well reverse that. Pushed out and then handcuffed.
There was no walking out
While we may quibble about the details, sure to be reported wrong and over blow by the Dem's MSM co-propagandist, at least we have the common ground that the Senator's behavior wasn't acceptable, that his planned political theater / political stunt wasn't successful and didn't produce the results he desired. Not exactly. But regardless he didnt act right

I don't know whether the Secret Service/FBI agents knew who Padillo was or didn't know. And neither do you. Continue to call them liars. Does not change Padillo's disruptive behavior. So let's not continue with the lie that they did not know who he was.

The protective detail did not escort Padillo into the room. We have no idea whether they were part of a permanent detail or assigned locally. Nor do we know what if any information his escort conveyed to the detail about Padillo's senatorial rank. Except for what actually took place, the rest is speculation based, apparently, on political sympathies. If someone is led into to meeting by the FBI and the National Guard, its a pretty safe bet that he's not a terrorist or a criminal.
The clip you posted doesn’t, in any way, support your ridiculous claim that Padilla violated “Disturbing the peace” and/or “obstruction” laws.
In fact, Padilla was released with no charges.
The only thing he was guilty of was trying to ask a question of a government official giving a press briefing where other questions were being asked/answered.
Thats an obvious lie but not surprising coming from you. He was a former federal prosecutor so its good he could point out the latest Democrat scam.Since he was led in by FBI and Guard personnel, they obviously knew who he was, despite what a Federalist Society lawyer says.
An ass chewing from Trump? The guy that said take 'em outside, beat 'em up, and I'll pay your legal bills?
Noem is following a script. She's qualified to only read scripts. Unexpected circumstances confuse her. She stood there, continuing to talk, like everything was normal. Probably peeing her panties. Not in fear for her safety - she knows who Padilla is - but because she didn't know what to do.
Correct. But arresting politicians that break the law is ho the government works.
Why do you defend a system that protects illegal immigration, tax fraud, illegal hiring practices, etc?
Why hasn't Padilla apologized?
In your opinion, how ought Congress reform the immigration system to make all visa categories accessible, affordable and expeditiously processed for approval or denial? No Californian official is breaking the law. It’s not their responsibility to enforce immigration law. That’s the job of the federal government.
On the other hand, the Trump admin is going out of its way to find laws to break. The Trump admin is not doing things in a manner consistent with our laws, our traditions, and the Constitution
I don’t like the system. I think if we need workers we should have an organized system to allow them to enter the country and work. We need to know who is entering our country so we need to have people enter and processed through official ports and entrances. From a pure national security perspective we need a strong border.
At the same time, I don’t view mutually beneficial economic transactions as bad things. If they’re willing to come here and work, and if companies here are willing to hire them, and everyone is happy with that, illegal immigration should not be treated as some horrific thing that demands such extreme measures. There is no invasion.
The truth is illegal immigrants from central and South America are just regular people who are trying to survive. And they’re also helpful, and generally decent people. They give more than they take, even as it relates to things like taxes. So it doesn’t make any sense to me to treat them horribly.
And I think if the government wants to deport people it should be sensible about, do things slowly, methodically, carefully, and to the degree it’s practically achievable, the government should go out of its way to be decent to them. They’re human beings. The government should not go out it’s way to be as cruel as possible, but that’s what people like Stephen Miller are going out of their way to do.
I don’t view illegal immigrants as enemies like Trump supporters do.

Evidently Padillo didn't consider common decency when he disrupted the press conference. He certainly garnered the attention he sought without ever asking his "question."
Just a brief comment.I think we should have 10 million low skill or seasonal and temporary work visas. And all the other details are quite easy to fix: background checks, regular check-ins, known addresses, fees, etc. We also need to hire enough federal works to quickly process the workers.
The problem isn’t lack of prudent solutions. The problem is racist Trump supporters who do not want a single migrant from central or South America to enter our country. The problem is the hardline anti-immigrant types who want a hermetically sealed border.
All the other visa categories should have upper limits raised across the board. If an American company needs a high skilled worker, and can only find them in a foreign country, there should be no prohibition whatsoever.
The problem isn’t that we can’t figure out a good approach, the problem is the attitude of anti immigration extremists/hardliners who want no immigration at all.
You implied that Padilla was arrested.I never said he was.
I never indicated he was.
I never remotely suggested that he was.
It was Noem’s event. Her responsibility. She was giving a speech, not in charge of crowd management.
Noem was aware of what was happening, including that Padilla identified himself, and did nothing.I honestly have no idea how anybody could blame a speaker for LEO's removing a disruptive person.
Already posted. What should she have done, in the middle of her speech, to help stop Padilla from being a disruptive ass, your term.???
Had Noem instructed her security detail to immediately release Padilla, before being removed from the room, and asked him to be courteous and wait until she finished speaking and opened the floor to questions (like some politicians have done), she would have come away looking like the adult, but she didn’t.
Those duly elected people rule.
Yes, your posts are always "cool" contradicting themselves. Just thought I'd point it out.Cool.
