Ah, would the water bills have worked, I don't know? Anyway, its a lot of work to get caught and get a $10,000 fine.He was. Proper response was, "Are you ****in' nutz? GTF out of here." I think, though, that he'll be lucky if this doesn't get legs and people (reporters) start investigating to see if they can dig up any fraud. It's obvious to me that this guy didn't like being questioned. He should have opened his mouth. Ah. Youth. But, if I'm not mistaken it was his idea re the water bills . . . that, in itself, is a little eyebrow raising, imo.
Except when the source has been proven many times over to present doctored and highly misleading video footage, one might, or rather should, be embarrassed to present his latest and greatest "sting" as if it's compelling evidence of anything. Each of his previous bull**** attack videos has been debunked, but in each case it took some time and investigation to put the lie to them.

Where is there any evidence that voter fraud is a problem?
In this instance, how would one do that? Do you believe it was doctored? Did you watch it? It seems clear to me that it was a straight-on video of events as they unfolded. What do you think?
Maybe easier, but still would be subject to the same fines and jail time.Yes, I agree, it's a lot of work. I'm sure there are much easier ways.
Yes, he did.BUT this kid got caught up in youthful inexperience, in my opinion.
I hate to have to say this again, but how about you address the video instead of attacking the source?
If you believe there is anything fishy or unclear with the video, that's a legitimate beef... But attacking O'Keefe's credibility is BS, because he isn't asking you to believe him, but rather your own 2 ears and eyes.
Maybe easier, but still would be subject to the same fines and jail time.
Yes, he did.
Go to 8:38 for the full unedited video.
There's a part of me that thinks this is pretty sneaky. But what would your reaction be as a full-time employee of your dad's campaign? Mine would be to run 60 mph in the opposite direction.
(He even tells the reporter that if his forgeries look good enough, one of their attorneys will defend him if he's caught.)

Hardly framed innocents...
Besides, look above. The Congressman's son has resigned. My guess is he resigned so the press would stop digging. Yours?
The more I think about it, the worse I feel, honestly. I know this kid got entrapped, no question about it. He may even have a broken moral compass; but one that could have been unskewed given a few years and the mentorship of his father. It's a shame really. If his father, or he himself, had any inclination of running for public office, I'd say he's pretty well screwed. *Shrug*
the son of Virginia Rep. Jim Moran (and the Field Director for his father's campaign),
confused now...per the op:
The bigger question (beyond Patrick Moran being a moron) is, what the **** is wrong with the guy making the video? If he's really opposed to the candidate getting elected, and believes his candidate is right, why not actually, y'know, campaign on the issues, rather than trying to create a scandal where none would have existed absent his presence? That is the act of a coward.
it's a democrat who's stung, it's entrapment by a political operative, story on page 6... If it's a republican that's stung, it's on the front page and that investigative journalist is up for a Pulitzer.... LMAO
Wow... I can't believe you had the nerve to not only make O'Keefe the focal point of your post with those petty attacks, but then you actually attempt to shift part of the blame away from the guy caught on tape advising someone on how to get away with voter fraud, and shift it on the guy who busted him doing it.

I even feel a little sorry for the kid for having to resign.
Is there an argument in there somewhere?
This has what to do with me, exactly?
And Conservative/Republican persecution Complex makes another appearance.
And there's the petty insults you always turn to when you can't make a rational argument, or want desperately for a topic you don't like to go away.
Nope... That was an observation.
Nothing... Just an opinion related to this story.
Given your strong opinion on the issue, I'm sure you could point out for me where, specifically, in the video, Mr. Moran indicated an intent to engage in voter fraud?
...you actually attempt to shift part of the blame away from the guy caught on tape advising someone on how to get away with voter fraud
This video proved exactly nothing except that the guy is a moron.... but so is James O'Keefe. And so are the idiots that believe this crap. Now tell me, Grim17, how do these people impersonating someone else for the purpose of voting... How they get past the signature part of voting????I have to admit, I felt a little sorry for the guy myself when I was watching it... But if having to resign and deal with the embarrassment is all that happens here, he should consider himself lucky. As painful as it was to watch, voter fraud is serious stuff and we need more videos like this to be made if we ever hope to eliminate it.
As far as I know, he didn't indicate he intended to engage in it... And I never said he did either. Here's what I said:
...you actually attempt to shift part of the blame away from the guy caught on tape advising someone on how to get away with voter fraud
