How is dishonest when you and every bleeding heart said that if someone claiming to be crazy says they are crazy that they should not face punishment but instead should be a in hospital.

Yes.Are you saying that if a child willfully vandalizes property that his parents shuould not pay for the damage?Parental rights is a two way street.As a parent you have the total right to dictate how your childen are raised but at the same time while they are under your care you are responsible for everything they do.

Um, no, that is a strawman. We think if they actually are crazy (not just saying they are) they should face either a different form of punishment or recieve some type of treatment (and probably still be locked up).
