I was reading the front page of the NYT. Then I was reading the front page of the Washington Post. Good sweet Jesus Christ! I haven't been so depressed since I read The History of the New York Jets, by Iam L. Oser.

Seriously, it's a bloody horror show.

Well, to go into a spiral, one must first be spun, and that's what the NYT and WaPo do best.

Lol, play on words......"Iam L. Oser" from I am loser......

You just noticed?

Maybe there is no Jesus. We are on our own. It's up to us what happens.

We need to fight corruption. It's gotten out of hand.

I would rather the country burn itself down than go fascist under the gop. If there is nothing to save, then let it burn itself out so it doesn't threaten other countries. Lets go.

I'm an atheist, but even if there was a real Jesus, everything he says is ignored by the right anyway.
That's the falsehood of Christianity. They pick and choose which parts of it they want to recognize. If they were true to the religion they would never have supported Dysfunctional Donald. They would have turned their back on him as soon as the Hollywood Access video came out. Oh, but greed and hatred prevailed instead. False "Christians."

Lots and lots of local newspapers from red states. What's your point?

Front pages......

..........it's the one place I know of where most all of them can all be viewed.

"........It was early in the Seventeenth Century that Francis Bacon remarked on three recent inventions already transforming the world: the compass, gunpowder and the printing press. Now the links between the nations first forged by the compass have made us all citizens of the world, the hopes and threats of one becoming the hopes and threats of us all. In that one world's efforts to live together, the evolution of gunpowder to its ultimate limit has warned mankind of the terrible consequences of failure.

And so it is to the printing press--to the recorder of man's deeds, the keeper of his conscience, the courier of his news--that we look for strength and assistance, confident that with your help man will be what he was born to be: free and independent."

Not sure why I'd want to wade through a bunch of local front pages and I'm a newspaper junkie. I have the NYT and the WP on my favorites bar. One click.
You don't have sell me on newspapers: I was managing editor of my college paper. I had a letter printed in the largest NJ paper when I was 12. The NYT printed a letter I wrote them about Trump's racism. I guess looking at the front page of the Cherokee County Herald could be interesting but who has that kind of time?
