Day Three Testimony and events.[W491]

Re: Day 3 testimony

Yelling at female witnesses doesn't seem to be smart with an all female jury, especially when one of them was a victim of an abuser.

JMO.

Re: Day 3 testimony

West is ripping her testimony that's relevant to the state apart as being assumption.

Pretty well too. The jury has alrady heard George's voice and will know it's a on the high side. Eventualyl Trayvon's voice will be played and it will be apparent that his is deeper.

Re: Day 3 testimony

She appears not wanting to admit that her perceptions are incorrect.

It's amazing how confirmation bias works.

Why would this woman fight so hard to conseal what she thinks and what she said on national TV if she was only there to tell the truth?

Again I think this is another witness that wasn't very helpful to the prosecution.

Had to get into a conference call, so missed what occured.. Did the state not even try to rehab?

Re: Day 3 testimony

The defense is boxing themselves into a corner. They are putting all of their eggs in Zimmerman's story-basket. That's a mistake imo.

For about 20 seconds... So not really, no.

I don't follow there... That witness in the end, was shown to have given a statement that was pure assumption and opinion, not actually what she had witnessed.

Have you forgotten the RZ senior and RZ junior have made numerous media appearances and George was on Hannity?

That has nothing to do with that woman's testimony sharon.

She told them what she saw from her upstairs window.

So this second witness also put the location of the argument as south of the T. She said it was between the first and second house, which conforms with what Ms. Bahadoor said yesterday. So two witnesses have now testified that the argument that preceded the fight did not happen at the T. This was a very good witness for the state.

What she saw wasn't anything new... What the state wanted out of her was the timeline and her assumptions about who she thought the voices were coming from. West showed very clearly that those were her assumptions, not what she had witnessed.

And she couldn't even reconcile the fact that what she believed she saw was not supported by the actual evidence.

Two unbelievable witnesses ... :doh yeah ok! :doh

Well of course you don't believe them. What, you think we expected you to watch this trial and change your mind?

The fact is that two witnesses have now placed the scene of the original argument in between the row houses, not near the T where Zimmerman claimed he was attacked. And guess what? Their stories are backed up by the physical evidence like the cell phone and flashlight. Oh and did you notice where Zimmerman was when he was arrested? Yep, right by the tree where he dropped his keychain. So yeah, this was not a good morning for Mr. Zimmerman.

This is your bias.

And you are wrong as to what they show, because they are not believable, and as such dismissible.

Here comes another witness you can dismiss. You know, to show your lack of bias.

You seem to be confused.
The last witness couldn't even admit that what she believed she saw was not in accord with the evidence.
And to you she is believable, huh? Pathetic. She proved that she can not say what happened.

...After seeing on the news... That's not good.

Saw the one on top hitting. Then was gonig to claim that after seeing the news she coudl compare the size and see Zimmerman was on top. That's a bit odd, no?
